The candidate shall be responsible for creating and developing new accounts and strengthening existing customers.
The candidate will also assess the product portfolio in line with evolving customer needs and current offerings to the market, working closely with the product development and marketing teams.
Analyze performance, market conditions, and competitor strategy and suggest solutions and implement the same.
Drive initiatives and sales targets for the franchise.
Being in single-window contact with the customer, the candidate shall ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction index.
The candidate is expected to provide mature and strong leadership in their respective territory, thereby enhancing the stature and presence of the brand.
Will be responsible to educate and focus on key Builders, Architects and senior architects about company s product (complete hardware) features, USPs, etc.
Will be responsible to achieve and exceed the monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets of the franchise.
Contribute in preparing the monthly sales target.
Reporting to the franchise owner and BDM of that territory.
Experience: Min. 1 to 2 years of experience in the same industry or Building Material
Any Graduate (Please do not apply if you do not possess the relevant minimum qualification.)
