Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic YouTube Manager with 2-3 years of experience to handle content strategy, video optimization, audience growth, and channel analytics. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SEO, content planning, engagement strategies, and monetization techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Strategy & Planning

• Develop a content calendar aligning with brand goals and audience interests.
• Collaborate with content creators, scriptwriters, and video editors to produce high-quality videos.
• Research trending topics and create engaging, relevant, and SEO-friendly content.

2. Channel Growth & Optimization

• Optimize titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails for maximum reach.
• Implement YouTube SEO strategies to improve ranking and visibility.
• Maintain consistent branding across all videos.

3. Audience Engagement & Community Building

• Engage with comments, messages, and community posts to build a loyal audience.
• Analyze audience demographics and preferences for targeted content.
• Run polls, Q&A sessions, and interactive content to boost engagement.

4. Video Promotion & Distribution

• Leverage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) for cross-promotion.
• Implement YouTube Ads and influencer collaborations for wider reach.
• Optimize video end screens, cards, and playlists to increase watch time.

5. Performance Analysis & Reporting

• Monitor YouTube Analytics (watch time, CTR, audience retention, traffic sources).
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with insights & improvement plans.
• A/B test thumbnails, video lengths, and posting times for better performance.

6. Monetization & Revenue Growth

• Manage YouTube AdSense, memberships, and sponsorship deals.
• Optimize content for higher CPM (Cost Per Mille) and RPM (Revenue Per Mille).
• Identify brand partnership and sponsorship opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✅ 2-3 years of experience in YouTube channel management.
✅ Strong knowledge of YouTube SEO, analytics, and monetization.
✅ Experience with video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Canva).
✅ Understanding of Google Trends, VidIQ, or TubeBuddy for keyword research.
✅ Excellent communication & storytelling skills.
✅ Ability to plan, execute, and analyze content performance.
