Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for a wide range of accounting tasks, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations.

Responsibilities:

• Process day-to-day accounting transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and file GST returns and e-way bills accurately and timely.
• Calculate and deduct TDS at source.
• Manage Payroll processing, including Salary calculations, deductions, and remittances to PF & ESIC authorities.
• Generate comprehensive MIS reports to provide insights into the company's financial performance.
• Maintain accurate accounting records using Tally or similar accounting software.
• Assist with year-end closing procedures.
• Stay up-to-date on changes in accounting regulations and taxation laws.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Male Candidates (preferred).
• Proficiency in accounting principles and practices.
• In-depth knowledge of GST, TDS, Tally, Payroll, e-way bills, PF & ESIC compliance procedures.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word)
