Art Director ( Art Production For Games)

Role & responsibilities

Required Skills: ● Proven experience as an Art Director or similar leadership role in the game industry (lower roles like concept artists may be considered based on portfolio) ● Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating cohesive and visually stunning game worlds. ● Proficiency in industry-standard tools (e.g., Photoshop, Maya, Blender, Substance Suite, ZBrush) will be considered an added advantage ● Strong understanding of composition, color theory, lighting, and storytelling through art. ● Familiarity with game engines (like Unreal), with an understanding of their art pipelines ● Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred candidate profile Preferred Skills: ● Experience working on AAA or highly polished indie projects ● Experience with Indian aesthetic art is preferable ● Previous shipped titles are a plus! ● Knowledge of performance optimization for game assets. ● Familiarity with procedural tools and techniques, such as Houdini. ● Understanding of UI/UX principles and their integration into game design.
