Teaching Excellence

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with CBSE curriculum standards for higher secondary students.
• Handle a minimum class strength of 30 students with a focus on personalized academic support.
• Ensure a strong academic track record in improving student outcomes and subject proficiency.
• Student Mentorship
  
• Foster a conducive learning environment, encouraging inquiry and critical thinking.
• Guide students in achieving academic excellence and preparing for competitive examinations.
• Curriculum Development
  
• Contribute to the planning and development of school syllabi, lesson plans, and teaching aids.
• Integrate innovative teaching methodologies and digital tools to enhance classroom delivery.
• Assessment and Evaluation
  
• Design and implement formative and summative assessments to monitor and evaluate student performance.
• Provide constructive feedback and remedial instruction as needed.
• Administrative and Extra-Curricular Engagement
  
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance.
• Actively participate in parent-teacher meetings and school events.

Qualifications

Educational Requirements:

• Postgraduate degree in the relevant subject area.
• B.Ed. degree is mandatory
• Experience:
  
• Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school, handling classes with at least 30 students.
• Proven track record of achieving excellent academic results.Skills:
  
• Strong subject knowledge and expertise in the relevant domain.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with modern teaching techniques, digital platforms, and classroom management tools.

Selection Process

1. Initial Online Interview: Shortlisted candidates will attend an online interview to assess their subject knowledge and communication skills.
2. Demo Class: Candidates will conduct a demonstration class to showcase their teaching methodology.
3. Panel Interview: Final evaluation will be conducted by the Recruitment Board and Chief Academic Officer (CAO).
