Senior Engineer (Mechanical)

, in Advanced X-Ray Systems division at Vehant Technologies in Bengaluru. The Senior Engineer (Mechanical) shall be responsible for designing and developing mechanical system architecture, leading gantry and system integration, and ensuring reliability and performance for baggage screening for security applications. The role would require expertise and experience in mechanical gantry design architecture, simulations and model- based systems design, and ability to design platformized and modular architecture that are designed to meet present requirements with extensibility to cater to future requirements. The role involves detailed assessment and finalization of requirements, DFX (requirements, reliability, performance, lifing, sourcing, manufacturing, servicing, prognostics), conceptualization and creation of design platforms using model-based systems engineering and overseeing the whole technical design process till production and post-market surveillance to ensure customer satisfaction.

This role while stationed in Bengaluru would entail travel to Vehant Technologies headquarters in Noida on a need basis. The travel percentage is indicative only and can be subjected to change based on organizational requirements.
