Role: Data Analyst - HR

Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and data -oriented Data Analyst-HR to join our HR team. This role is integral to managing and analyzing HR data, generating insightful reports, and creating impactful presentations to drive data-driven decision-making.

Role & responsibilities

Reporting and Analysis:

• Generate and analyze reports on HR metrics, including TA reports, turnover rates, workforce demographics, and performance evaluations.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement through data analysis.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports to support HR leadership in strategic decision-making.

Data Management:

• Collect, organize, and maintain HR-related data using G-Sheets/Excel.
• Develop and implement robust data management procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Conduct regular audits to identify and rectify data discrepancies or inaccuracies.

Presentations:

• Design and deliver compelling presentations using MS PowerPoint to effectively communicate key insights and findings to stakeholders.
• Ensure data visualizations are clear, accurate, and tailored to the audience's needs.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in any discipline.
• 2-3 years of experience in data management and reporting.
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel, G-Sheets, and data visualization techniques.
• Strong expertise in MS PowerPoint for creating professional presentations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and confidentiality.
