Job Description
Support in maximizing availability and reliability of rotary equipment at site
Conduct Critical Root Cause analysis & Troubleshooting of problems related to site rotary equipments
Recommend Modifications, enhancements and deployment of equipment Maintenance practices based on site experience
Provide oversight into planning for Major Shutdown activities and execution of Major overhauls
Provide inputs to on equipment improvement programs for rotary equipments
Conduct analysis of Repairs & refurbishment facilities
Participate in RCM study at the respective sites (as identified)
Responsible for Performance monitoring & benchmarking
Maintain Statutory and regulatory compliance
Provide Support to minor projects
Inspection and refurbishing of used rotors
Maintaining IMS documents
Interaction with vendor/equipment manufacturers.
Ensure inspection of material received at MMC.
HSE compliance (RESOP, DOSHE, CASHe, HSEF mandatory trainings)
Ensure improvement in availability of equipment
Timely adherence to audit schedules
Ability to Minimize production/ quality loss in event of unplanned failure
Ensure compliance of mandatory trainings.
For L5- At least 5 years(for Degree)/10 years (for Diploma) with specific experience in Rotary
For L6- At least 2 years (for Degree)/ 7 years (for Diploma)
