Team Lead - Piping

Job Title Team Lead Reporting to Engineering Manger Experience 8-10 years in Piping Engineer or Sr. Piping Engineer or Checker Software - AutoCAD/ Navisworks/Smart PID Added advantage of SP3D/PDMS/E3D/Cadworx Etc. Added advantage of MS Project Skills Proficient in SPID, SP3D, PDMS, MS Office, AutoCAD, Navisworks Communication in English with stake holder Project planning, expediting and Team Management Piping design - IS, ASME and IBR standards, material code. Hands on Experience in study plant layout, equipment standards. Hands on Experience with PMS, P&ID\s, Piping GAD, Isometrics, Support Standard, stress analysis. Hands on Experience with 3D platform Admin work, 3D Modeling for Pipe, Equipment, Valves, Instruments, Support etc. Hands on Experience with firefighting, stress analysis. Role/Job Duties/KRA/ Responsibilities Study the project input, understanding the client standard & requirements and provide best efforts to execution of the given job. Collaborate with the checkers, Modelers, and drafters for the completion of the project and recommend improvements. Maintaining accuracy in all piping/mechanical project and ensure compliance to all the specifications Analyze all mechanical designs and prepare various concepts for piping designs and develop required mechanical drawings Ensure the timely delivery of the Project Following the SOPs for maintaining the accuracy of the project Review of Model as per PID, Layout, Support Standard Guidance and Monitoring of Modeler/Designers/Draftsman Provide regular technical/ software training & SAG (Standard & Guidelines) to team members for the proper execution the project Identify the designing errors and RFI\s related to the project Inter-disciplinary coordination Support Business Development Team for technical sales.
