Location: VEGA Corporate Office, Hyderabad

Work Schedule: 6 Days a Week

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef to manage the kitchen at our corporate office in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals for directors, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring timely food service for employees and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and prepare a variety of meals, including breakfast, lunch, and snacks, as per company requirements.
• Ensure food is cooked and presented in an appealing manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and food storage areas.
• Source and manage kitchen supplies, ensuring freshness and quality.
• Follow all food safety regulations and maintain kitchen hygiene as per industry standards.
• Take feedback from employees and adjust the menu accordingly.
• Maintain an inventory of kitchen essentials and coordinate purchases with the admin team.
• Ensure timely meal preparation and service.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chef or Cook, preferably in a corporate setup or hospitality industry.
• Knowledge of various cuisines, including Indian and continental.
• Strong understanding of hygiene and food safety practices.
• Ability to work independently and manage kitchen operations efficiently.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Flexibility to cater to dietary requirements and preferences.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts or a related field.
• Experience in bulk cooking for office or commercial kitchens.

The chef should have extensive experience in preparing South Indian, Indian Curries, and Continental cuisine with expertise in authentic flavors and cooking techniques.
