Assistant Manager-Production

Duties & Responsibilities:

1.Develop different product moulds correctively.

2.To inspect the production process for smooth running.

3.To delegate job to R & D engineer for handling different hurdles faced during production process.

4.Responsible for developments in the company.

5.Should be updated with market potentials.

6.Should have knowledge about Fire, Safety & First-Aid.

7.Decide corrective & preventive action related to the dept.

8.Attend management review meeting.

9.Conduct internal audit as per ISO 9001-2015.

10.Conduct root-cause for non-conformance's in the department.

11.Plan to achieve targets of the department.

12.Day to day production planning and distribute the production planning chart among supervisors.
