Job Title: Finance (Account) & Compliance Executive

Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance & Compliance Executive to join our growing team. This role requires a unique blend of accounting expertise and a strong understanding of compliance regulations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the company's financial and compliance operations adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Responsibilities:

• Accounting & Finance:
• Manage and Coordinate with Chartered Accountants and his team to oversee all accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
• Assist with Cost Rationalization and financial forecasting
• Assessment of all invoices and ensure proper timely payment as per instructions of Heads
• Monitor all the expenses and suggest strategies for cost optimization
• GST2B, GSTR-1, GSTR-9 and GST3B filing as per timelines
• ITC Refund application follow up and processing
• RODTeP follow up and timely processing
• Compliance:
• Organize and compile contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to the company's operations.
• Cordinate with Third party Consultants, Lawyers, Chartered Accountants for compliance advise, agreements due diligence etc.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and compliance regulations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in accounting software, tally and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in a related field of Accounting or Finance.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CIA, or CFE.
• Experience in a specific industry relevant to the company's operations.
