Injection machine mould maker/die maker

Experience required - 10 years

Location - Coimbatore / Chennai

Responsibilities:

• Make new moulds according to companys specifications
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and other team members to ensure the mould design meets functional and aesthetic requirements.
• Conduct thorough inspections and tests on completed moulds to ensure they meet quality standards, making necessary adjustments or repairs as needed.
• Troubleshoot and fix any issues or malfunctions with moulds, identifying and resolving problems to minimize production downtime.
• Maintain and repair existing moulds by cleaning, polishing, and replacing worn or damaged components to ensure their longevity and optimal performance.

Skills

• 10+ years experience as an Injection Mould Maker or similar role in a manufacturing setting.
