Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION-Estimation Engineer Exp: Minimum 2 years Qualification: BE/Diploma(EEE)
1.To review customers enquiry & abstract the technical specification
2.Preparation of Technical Bid
3.Prepare Bill of material extract from the enquiry specification/SLD.
4. Prepare Bill of material costing.
5. Costing for Panel, bus bar, wiring & packing.
6. Quotation preparation.
7. Documentation & presale support.
8. Shall be able to refer switchgear pricelist for correct costing.
9. Knowledge on all switchgears & relays.
10. Effective communication with customers & internal stakeholders.
11. Contract review with respect to PO receipt.
12. To respond to the customer queries on time.
13. Keep in touch with customers at regular intervals for order closing.
14. Interaction with various internal stakeholders for smooth execution to meet customer requirement.
15. Addressing post order activities like drawing approvals, Amendments, delivery requirements payments etc….
