Role & responsibilities

• Honour the clients and be ready to provide the best consultation.
• Taking ownership related to the treatment of clients.
• Ensure the hygienic ambiance of the branch.
• Ensure the client gets proper results.
• Ensure proper follow-ups are done on a regular basis.
• Ensure the execution of treatment by the therapist, which is as per SOP provided to them.
• Responsible for handling the problems of clients in a highly professional manner.
• Ensuring the safekeeping of medical equipment, products, company valuables and assets.
• Responsible for regular client satisfaction.
• Responsible for existing client degradation.

• Candidates who are interested to working in the Wellness Industry
• Responsible for regular client satisfaction.

• Local Language is a must
