Position: Internship for Assistant Product Manager (ESG)

Our goal is to design and build innovative software solutions that support organizations in their Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) efforts and carbon credit management. We are seeking motivated candidates who are passionate about sustainability and technology, to lead this transformative journey.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sustainability strategies for software solutions.
• Engage with stakeholders to foster a culture of sustainable practices.
• Lead the design and innovation of carbon credit management software.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability standards.
• Manage and report on sustainability performance metrics.
• Conduct market analysis to guide product development based on emerging sustainability trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelors/masters degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of environmental sustainability practices and their application in business or technology.
• Introductory experience in project management or team collaboration projects, either through internships or academic projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen interest in technology and sustainability.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to learning and adopting new technologies and methodologies.

Internship Details:

• Duration: 6 months
• Location: VectoScalar Office, Sector 2, Noida
• Stipend: INR 10,000 - 15,000 per month
• Work Hours: Flexible, standard office hours (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM), Monday to Friday.
