Project Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to create and manage project plans using Vectors Project Management Tool. The candidate shall have an understanding and experience of using MS OFFICE tools. It is preferred to have exposure in program management principles, experience with project planning, and familiarity with project management tools like Microsoft Project/Primavera etc.

Role & responsibilities

• Monitor, and update project plans using Vectors Project Management Tool.
• Document and track project or software changes and ensure timely delivery and completion of tasks.
• Collaborate with teams to upload / update Project Plans/Tasks.

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or Engineering Graduate (preferred) / BSc, BCom Graduate
• Experience:
• 2-4 years of experience in office work (preferred in projects environment)
• Mandatorily experienced in operating computer application such as MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Preferred experience in project planning and management.
• Preferred familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project or similar

Skills:

• Good communication and coordination abilities. Should be able to read, write and speak in English language.
• Should be able to work independently.
