- At Vecmocon Technologies, we work on the core components of EVs like BMS, Chargers, VCU and more.

- As a Product Associate you will lead a product throughout its life cycle. You will work with Sales, Engineering, Testing and Production Teams.

Some of you roles and responsibilities include:

- Define product requirements in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.

- Convert the product requirements to SW or HW goals and timelines.

- Working on Product documentation such as DFMEA and DVP.

- Working with Testing and Validation team to ensure product reliability and robustness.

- Working with OEM partners to understand and resolve roadblocks and issues.

- Actively plan and drive teams to deliver against said plans and timelines.

- Organize regular team meetings to drive progress, mitigate risks, resolve roadblocks, and review action items.

- Work on production and quality processes and plans with the Production team.

- Tracking and analyzing field failures and resolving them in collaboration with the concerned team.

- Getting familiar with automotive standards and regulations and implementing them.

- Create and maintain processes to ensure product quality and reliability.

Key Skills:

- Leadership and the ability to take initiative.

- Good management and communication skills.

- Knowledge of tools like JIRA for project management.

- Firm grasp on basic of embedded electronics and electrical engineering.

- Embedded product development experience from conceptualization to production.

Requirements:

- Must have Bachelors in Engineering.

- Looking for people with 1-3yrs of product management experience.
