vConstruct is looking for a sales and outreach manager who is passionate towards identifying, connecting and engaging on opportunities in the market that enables building better, smarter, faster by leveraging construction technology.
The sales and outreach manager will work closely with the business leader and the operations team to understand the business needs and deep understanding of our services and products. It is an outward facing role focused on sales and outreach functions to enable business development.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field. Masters degree in construction management, Business Administration (MBA) or a related field would be a plus.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction management, planning or cost consulting or BIM consulting services or products.
3. 8-10 years of experience in construction management on complex projects like Data centers, Healthcare, Hospitality or Life sciences.
4. Strong understanding of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and technology-enabled construction management solutions like visual planning, AR, VR, Laser Scanning, Data Science and Analytics, AI/ML, mobile apps etc.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
6. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
7. Ability to work in a collaborative team environment with a proven track record of successfully leading and empowering teams.
8. Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach.
9. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
10. Ability to travel as needed for sales and outreach functions.
11. Strong work ethics and can-do attitude.
