Manhattan WM Solution Architect

The WMS (Warehouse Management System) Solution Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing optimal solution on Manhattan WM platform to meet customer requirements.. This role requires a deep understanding of Manhattan WM system, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Define business requirements and specifications for WMS software projects.
• Implement and configure Manhattan Associates WMS solutions to meet customer needs and expectations for both functional and non-functional KPIs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements, creating detailed technical specifications.
• Conduct software testing, training, and maintenance for new and existing clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate WMS with other systems and processes.
• Document and update standard operating procedures and best practices.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented solutions, troubleshooting issues and optimizing performance.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of architecture, design, and implementation processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• 10+ years of experience in WMS software design and implementation.
• Knowledge of warehouse management, inventory management, order management, and logistics systems, specifically Manhattan WM System.
• Ability to interpret customer specifications and translate them into WMS solutions.
• Experience in conducting system tests, identifying discrepancies, and providing resolutions.
