Job Description
- Attend daily calls basis on call allocation, Closure of calls on time.
- Collect Spares from Office & return faulty one. Make daily report for record purpose.
- Installation and configuration of CCTV system & electronic security systems and intrusion alarm system.
- Basic technical support at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers and security.
- Maintain his site carefully assign to him, Complete Knowledge & details over site.
- Good Coordination with Customer.
- Coordinating with support team and other filed engineers to resolve the problem at site level.
- Sharing his best practice to other engineers as a solution provider.
