Workshop Supervisor

Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues related to vehicle breakdowns, repairs, and maintenance.
  
• Develop and implement effective training programs to improve technical skills of team members.
  
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  
• Manage a team of technicians, providing guidance on repair and maintenance procedures for various types of vehicles.
  
• Oversee daily operations of the workshop, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting production targets.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-3 years' experience in automobile service management or supervision role.
  
• Strong understanding of automotive mechanics, including diagnosis and repair techniques.
  
• Excellent leadership, communication, time management, problem-solving skills.
  
• Ability to handle manpower effectively, motivating teams towards achieving goals.
