Incharge - Multi User Facility

• Lead, support and execute operation in highly profitable and process orientedoperation
• Lead business development, generate new opportunities and support inpreparing proposals
• Drive process Improvement, KPI monitoring and compliance management
• Ensuring effective vendor engagement and agreements for business units
• Manage and build on relationship with existing customers. Conduct monthlyreview meetings, lead commercial/rate revisions
• Consistently achieve quality standards, inventory accuracy, KPI s agreed andaccelerate growth with existing clients
• Identify training needs and train team for enhanced efficiency and quality
• Control warehousing and sec. transport operations to deliver targetprofitability and KPIs

• Strong commercial skills for pricing and negotiations
• Strong excel and presentation skills
• Advanced knowledge of all MS office products: Project, Visio, Excel, Access,Word and PowerPoint
• Strong Analytical ability and proficiency in Excel
• Superior leadership, planning and organising skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self motivated and ability to work with minimum guidance
• planning, staffing, budgeting, organizing, controlling, and communicating

• Minimum of 10 to 12 years of experience in a similar position in complex and or big box environment
