Assistant Manager

*Job Title:* Assistant Manager - Blow Moulder, Filler, Labeller, Palletizer

*Job Summary:*

Assist the Production Manager in overseeing the blow molding, filling, labeling, and palletizing operations to ensure efficient production, quality products, and meet customer requirements.

*Key Responsibilities:*

*Blow Moulder:*

1. Monitor blow molding machine performance.

2. Ensure quality bottles/cans production.

3. Troubleshoot issues.

*Filler:*

1. Oversee filling operations.

2. Maintain filling machine efficiency.

3. Ensure accurate filling volumes.

*Labeller:*

1. Manage labeling operations.

2. Ensure accurate label application.

3. Maintain label inventory.

*Palletizer:*

1. Supervise palletizing operations.

2. Ensure stable and secure pallets.

3. Optimize palletizing efficiency.

*General:*

1. Implement production schedules.

2. Monitor production costs.

3. Ensure safety and quality standards.

4. Train and supervise team members.

5. Conduct performance evaluations.

6. Collaborate with maintenance team.

*Requirements:*

1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering.

2. 3-5 years of experience in production management.

3. Knowledge of blow molding, filling, labeling, and palletizing processes.

4. Strong leadership and communication skills.

5. Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

*Desirable:*

1. Experience with lean manufacturing.

2. Six Sigma certification.

3. Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
