Assistant Lecturer

Position Description:

The Assistant Lecturer position is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or college students interested in education or pursuing a teaching career change. Working alongside professional educators, Assistant Lecturer support teaching, lead afternoon activities, monitor classrooms, attend events, and provide student evaluations. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with Lead Educators in morning academic core classes (Math, Physics,

Zoology, Chemistry, and Botany).

• Assist small student groups, occasionally lead lessons, and prepare materials.

• Lead academic core classes with support, taking responsibility for lesson planning, classroom

management, and team teaching.

• Co-lead advising groups to foster a positive environment for issue-sharing.

• Complete assessments and evaluations for students engaged during the program.

• Lead and assist in organizing classroom activities and sports offerings, including planning,

execution, and material procurement.

Qualification and Requirement:

• NEETs, IITs graduates specializing in Math, Physics, Chemistry, Botany, or

Zoology.

• Minimum GPA of 60%.

• Traits include responsibility, diligence, and conscientiousness.

• Strong communication skills.

• Commitment to professional growth.

• Interest in the teaching and education fields.

• Full-time position requiring residency on campus throughout the program.
