Teacher

Responsibilities:
• Classroom Leadership: Lead a classroom of young children, fostering a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment.
• Curriculum Implementation: Plan and execute developmentally appropriate activities and lessons in alignment with the preschools curriculum objectives.
• Child Development: Observe, assess, and track the progress of each child, identifying areas for growth and providing individualized support as needed.
• Parent Engagement: Maintain open and effective communication with parents, providing regular updates on their child’s development and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and staff members to ensure the smooth operation of the preschool and uphold its educational standards.
• Professional Development: Stay updated on best practices in early childhood education, participate in ongoing training and development opportunities, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the preschool program.
