Test Engineer - WLAN/Network Testing (1-5 yrs)

Job Description:

- 1 to 5 years of relevant professional software testing experience.

- Experience working on Prpl HAL-API validation, CD router Prpl compliance, TR369 USP, and TR181 data model validations, TR069 ACS.

- Experience in Prpl Mesh or Easy Mesh technologies.

- Test execution on Sanity, Regression, Functional, and Performance Testing.

- Analyze, reproduce, and report software defects and special situations.

- Good knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, etc.).

- Experience in defining test strategy.

- Design the test procedures (test scripts) for mainly automated testing.

- Sound knowledge of Wired and WLAN IEEE802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax/be technologies and test experience.

- Knowledge of WPA2/WPA3, MU-MIMO, OFDMA, Beamforming, Roaming, MLO, etc.

- Understanding and usage of traffic generator tools like Spirent, Ixia, Chariot, Veriwave.

- Knowledge of RFC2544, RFC2889, RFC3918 tests (added advantage).

- Experience in using traffic analyzers like Wireshark.

- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems (mandatory).

- Automation scripting knowledge is mandatory - Python / Shell.

- Ability to interact with cross-functional teams, with a go-getter and quality-first attitude.

- Able to work independently and willing to put additional efforts into meeting test deadlines.

- Familiar with the Agile Scrum development process.
