Accounts Executive

Unbox Industry, a brand under Variety Innovation Venture Pvt Ltd., is a Gurgaon-based company providing a one-stop web platform for all Industrial Automation needs. We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our finance team. This role requires an individual with a strong background in accounting, financial reporting, and compliance, ensuring smooth financial operations and accurate record-keeping. The ideal candidate should possess excellent analytical skills, proficiency in accounting software, and a thorough understanding of financial principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, ledger management, and reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely data entry in accounting systems.
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and analysis to support management decisions.
• Process invoices, payments, and receipts while ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Handle tax computations, GST filings, and ensure statutory compliance with financial regulations.
• Work closely with auditors, banks, and other financial institutions to facilitate audits and banking operations.
• Monitor and analyze financial transactions to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.

Required Knowledge & Skills:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.
• Proficiency in Tally or other accounting software.
• Expertise in MS Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
• Experience in handling GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
• Ability to manage multiple financial tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-1.5 years of experience in accounting and financial management.
• Previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing setup is a plus.
