Counselling Officer/ Business Development Associate

Candidate location - Kerela, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, North India

Salary package - 2.5Lac -3.5Lac + Variable

Role & responsibilities :

• Engage with prospective candidates through calls
• Emails and take video sessions to understand their career goals and guide them through the scope for govt competitive exams.

Preferred candidate profile :

• Candidate should know Malayam/ Hindi / Telugu/ Tamil language
• 1-3 years of experience in sales, admissions or counselling roles
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skill with the ability to inspire and build trust with prospective learners
• Goal-driven highly organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
• Analytical mindset to assess candidate profiles and prioritize admissions efforts effectively
• Familiarity with CRM tools and data -driven decision-making is a plus.
• A bachelor degree in business marketing or a related field is preferred
