Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess strong business analysis skills, with a proven track record of gathering and analyzing requirements, defining business needs, and providing data-driven solutions.

Knowledge of Big Data and data pipelines will be a significant plus, as you will collaborate with data teams to ensure seamless integration of business requirements with technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Requirements Gathering : Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for development teams.

- Data Analysis : Analyze business data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to drive business decisions.

- Process Improvement : Identify opportunities for process improvements and help design solutions to optimize workflows and business operations.

- Documentation : Create clear and concise documentation of business requirements, user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.

- Collaboration with IT Teams : Work closely with development, data, and IT teams to ensure business requirements are met through technical solutions.

- Big Data & Data Pipelines : Leverage knowledge of Big Data technologies and data pipelines to support data-driven decision-making and ensure efficient data flow across business systems.

- Testing & Validation : Assist in the validation and testing of new systems and processes to ensure they meet business requirements.

- Stakeholder Communication : Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment of project goals and timelines.

- Project Management : Support project management activities, including planning, monitoring, and reporting on project progress.

Key Requirements :

- Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong background in gathering business requirements and delivering solutions.

- Big Data Knowledge : Understanding of Big Data concepts and technologies, including Hadoop, Spark, or similar.

- Data Pipeline Experience : Familiarity with data pipelines, ETL processes, and data integration tools.

- Business Analysis Skills : Proven ability to gather requirements, define business processes, and produce detailed documentation.

- Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

- Communication Skills : Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with stakeholders and technical teams.

- Tools & Technologies : Proficiency with business analysis tools, such as Jira, Confluence, or similar; experience with SQL or other data querying languages is a plus.

- Agile Methodology : Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, is preferred.
