Job Description
- Social Media Management:
- Develop and implement social media strategies tailored to client needs across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Create and schedule engaging content, including posts, graphics, and videos, aligned with each clients brand identity.
- Monitor, manage, and report on social media campaigns, analyzing performance to ensure client satisfaction and optimal results.
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to continuously enhance client strategies.
- PPC Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns for clients on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Conduct keyword research, craft compelling ad copy, and optimize landing pages for better conversions.
- Monitor campaign performance, adjust strategies to maximize ROI, and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) set by clients.
- Provide clients with detailed reports and insights on campaign performance, along with actionable recommendations.
- Client Communication & Collaboration:
- Work closely with clients to understand their goals, challenges, and target audiences, ensuring strategies are tailored to their unique needs.
- Collaborate with the internal marketing and design teams to create cohesive and impactful digital marketing campaigns.
- Manage client expectations and deliver high-quality results that meet or exceed their objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience of 3-5 years in social media management and PPC campaign management, preferably in an agency setting.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and PPC platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
- Strong content creation skills with a creative approach to digital marketing.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions that enhance client campaigns.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Bachelor s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
