Role & responsibilities

Provide oversight and strategic direction for end-to-end execution of solar EPC projects.

Guide the management team in project planning, procurement, and construction processes.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, particularly for PSU contracts.

Advise on risk mitigation strategies for high-value EPC projects.

Independent Director RESCO Projects

Offer strategic guidance on the development, financing, and execution of RESCO solar projects.

Assist in negotiating and structuring Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) with clients.

Oversee long-term project performance and ensure financial sustainability.

Provide insights on market trends and regulatory changes impacting RESCO models.

Key Responsibilities

Advise on pricing strategies for competitive bids and tenders (EPC and RESCO).

Strengthen corporate governance practices and ensure transparency in decision-making.

Leverage industry networks to identify business opportunities and partnerships.

Actively participate in board meetings, providing actionable insights on operational and financial matters.

Monitor risks and provide guidance on mitigation strategies.

Qualifications and Experience

15+ years of experience in renewable energy, solar EPC, or RESCO projects.

Prior board-level or advisory experience is highly desirable.

Strong knowledge of solar industry regulations, compliance, and PSU tendering processes.

Expertise in financial management and risk assessment.

Excellent leadership, communication, and networking skills.
