Job Title: Sales Agent / Commission Agent - Solar EPC Project

Roles & Responsibilities


Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads for residential, commercial, and industrial solar projects.


Client Acquisition: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and decision-makers, ensuring consistent business flow.


Sales Presentations: Pitch our EPC solutions to potential clients and guide them through the buying process.


Order Conversion: Convert inquiries into confirmed orders, managing the process from lead generation to final deal closure.


Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms to ensure customer satisfaction and company profitability.


Client Retention: Maintain post-sale relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.



What We’re Looking For


Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in B2B or B2C sales, with a preference for experience in solar, renewable energy, or construction.


Network: Existing connections with builders, real estate developers, business owners, facility managers, and residential clients is a major advantage.


Sales Skills: Ability to pitch, negotiate, and close deals with both individual homeowners and large commercial clients.


Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of solar rooftop systems, net metering, and payback analysis is preferred.


Drive & Motivation: Self-starters who are goal-driven, resilient, and eager to earn uncapped commissions.
