Assistant Manager - Indirect Sourcing

Responsible for the management and execution of indirect sourcing Signage activities for an assigned sourcing category under the guidance of Sr Manager Indirect Sourcing.

Apart from this individual should look for cost saving opportunities in the signage activities, create competitive environments, creatively negotiate, generates contacts to ensure seamless availability of material.

• Evaluate and manage purchase requests from marketing department through the entire sourcing process from developing key bidding criteria/specifications, vendor selection, and negotiation.
• Help marketing team in developing specification with cost-efficient signage practices.
• Standardize designs by reducing complexity by standardizing sizes, formats, and materials.
• Leverage technology for production, installation, and ensure brand guidelines are properly followed.
• Regularly review and adjust strategy based on performance and feedback.
• Industry Benchmarking new initiatives/designs as per latest trends
• Helps in reduction of TCO by way of material optimization, centralised design, bulk printing, process efficiencies, reduce waste, optimization of logistic cost etc.
• Regular training to pan India vendors to ensure brand guidelines are proper followed and quality maintained as per brand guidelines.
• Surprise visit to manufacturing facilities and the branding locations to ensure jobs are performed as per specification.
• End to end co-ordination with localised vendors till execution
