Technical Project Manager (9-16 yrs)

- 9+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on bespoke solutions development in retail and ecommerce domain / ecommerce platform implementation with integrations with ecommerce ecosystems.

- Proven track record of success in technical leadership roles, with experience managing teams and delivering complex projects in the ecommerce domain.

- Strong technical proficiency in web development technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript), ecommerce platforms (e.g., Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce), and backend frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Laravel, Django) and microservices development.

- Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and DevOps practices (e.g., CI/CD, automation, containerization) is highly desirable.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.

- Demonstrated ability to drive innovation, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues, propose viable solutions, and make data-driven decisions.

- Flexibility in working schedule to ensure a partial overlap with US-based team members

- Experience in both Confluence / JIRA or equivalent tool for software development

- Experience with CMS platforms (Adobe Experience Manager, Drupal) is a plus CSM and/or PMP certifications are a plus
