Position: Data Scientist

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to lead our Data Analytics team. The individual will work directly with the co-founders and be responsible for ongoing projects involving predictive modelling, AI-driven automation and lead project pipeline on other generative AI applications.

Role & responsibilities

• Lead ongoing projects on various AI/ML applications to deliver desired business objectives
• Work on NLP and AI-driven automation to improve customer interactions (e.g., chatbots, sentiment analysis).
• Build and maintain data pipelines and dashboards for real-time analytics and reporting.
• Guide a team of junior analysts on sub-tasks to ensure on-time project delivery
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business
• Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to measure the effectiveness of business strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in AI, InsurTech, and data science to drive innovation.
