Value Momentum Software - Full Stack Engineer - .Net Development (6-8 yrs)

Role : .NET Fullstack Developer.

We are looking for an experienced .NET Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality applications and services that contribute to our core platform.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, a passion for best development practices, and the ability to work effectively in an agile environment.

Responsibilities :

- Develop, maintain, and enhance .NET applications and services as part of our core platform.

- Analyze product and technical user stories and translate them into clear technical specifications.

- Write clean, efficient, and scalable code with a "first-time-right" approach.

- Participate in agile activities such as sprint planning, technical design reviews, and daily stand-ups to contribute effectively.

- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions.

- Gain and maintain a thorough understanding of the product and its functionalities.

- Mentor team members and promote best development practices within the team.

- Lead projects when necessary to increase team productivity and effectiveness through technical expertise.

- Contribute to key architectural decisions and design considerations to enhance system performance and scalability.

- Troubleshoot complex production issues and perform root cause analysis (RCA) to prevent recurrence.

- Work closely with global Engineering, Product, and Release teams to ensure seamless development and deployment.

Skills & Qualifications :

- 6+ years of hands-on experience in C#, .NET, Angular, TypeScript, and Azure SQL.

- Strong experience in developing RESTful services using Web API.

- Expertise in Test-Driven Development (TDD) with hands-on experience in NUnit frameworks.

- Solid understanding of OOP principles and SOLID design patterns.

- Exposure to modern JavaScript frameworks and front-end technologies.

- Proficiency in high-performance data persistence design techniques and query optimization.

- Experience with relational databases such as Microsoft Azure SQL Server.

- Prior experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

- Strong analytical and debugging skills with a keen ability to troubleshoot functional and technical issues.

- Knowledge of performance optimization techniques and best practices.

- Deep understanding of secure coding practices and ability to proactively address security vulnerabilities.

- Excellent problem-solving skills, self-motivated, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

- Strong team player with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
