Finacle -Product Engineer

We are looking for candidate with below skills: Finacle Finacle Core Banking Finacle 11 Finacle customization Finacle integration, Finacle API Connect 24 Finacle Integrator Oracle SQL PL/SQL Stored Procedures Unix shell scripting

1. Finacle Customization and Development:
Design, develop, and implement custom solutions for Finacle Core Banking, CRM, and Admin modules.
Customize Finacle product architecture and layers, including new custom menus, reports, batch jobs, and product menu customization.
Develop and implement stored procedures, triggers, functions, and other Oracle-related components.
2. Finacle Scripting and Reporting:
Develop and implement Finacle scripting, Unix shell scripting, and report designing.
Create and customize reports using MRT and Jasper.
3. Finacle Integrator and Enhancement:
Understand and work with Finacle Integrator.
Identify and implement feasible enhancements to the Finacle Integrator.
4. Technical Leadership:
Ensure quality of technical and application architecture and design of systems across the organization.
Research and benchmark technology against other best-in-class technologies.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
5. Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, testing, and quality assurance.
Communicate technical requirements and solutions to stakeholders.
6. Agile Methodology:
Follow Agile methodology and participate in Agile ceremonies.
Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects.
7. Finacle Certification and Domain Knowledge:
Possess Finacle certification from Infosys (or equivalent).
Have a good understanding of banking domain and terminologies used.

Experience
Minimum 5 years of Product experience in Finacle Core Banking product (Infosys/Edgeverve)
Working experience on Finacle 11 requirement and product capability along with Customization architecture
Experience in handling Finacle Interfacing requirements (Custom and Product APIs/Connect 24/Finacle Integrator)
Need to have experience of direct interaction with Clients

Technical Skills:
Good understanding of Finacle Product Architecture & Customization layers.
Finacle customization flow understanding (New custom menu, Reports MRT & Jasper, Batch job, Product menu customization, FI, EOD-BOD process and debugging)
Experience in best practices to be followed in Oracle (SQL, PL/SQL, Stored Procedures, Triggers, Functions) related to Finacle application.
Experience in Finacle scripting, Unix shell scripting and Report designing.
Good understanding of Finacle Integrator and feasible enhancements to the same.

Functional Skills
Finacle Core Banking Functional knowledge
Good understanding of Banking domain and terminologies used.
Finacle certification from Infosys will be added advantage
Finacle CRM and Admin module (FINFADM/SSOADM)
Experience in following best Coding, Security, Unit testing and Documentation standards and practices
Experience in Agile methodology.
Ensure quality of technical and application architecture and design of systems across the organization.
Effectively research and benchmark technology against other best in class technologies.
