Senior Developer - Oracle SOA/BPM Modules (4-6 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled OIPA Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of insurance life and health products, along with extensive hands-on experience in configuring OIPA V10 or V11.

Key Responsibilities :

- Product Configuration : Configure life and health products for individual, group, and worksite markets using OIPA V10 or V11.

- Business Process Knowledge : Apply knowledge of insurance business functions such as underwriting, policy issuance, payment processing, claims processing, and more to configure OIPA effectively.

- Technical Proficiency : Leverage technical skills to troubleshoot issues, optimize configurations, and implement enhancements.

- Interface Configuration : Configure interfaces between OIPA and other systems, such as Oracle SOA and BPM.

- Compliance : Ensure that OIPA configurations adhere to regulatory requirements and industry standards.

- Documentation : Create and maintain clear and concise documentation for OIPA configurations and processes.

- Collaboration : Work closely with business analysts, system analysts, and other team members to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in configuring OIPA V10 or V11

- Strong understanding of insurance life and health products

- LOMA certification or equivalent industry knowledge

- Knowledge of Oracle SOA and BPM is desired

- Experience with OIPA interface configuration

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
