Support Coordinator - IT Application

We are currently looking for candidates with below skills for one of our prestigious client based Bommasandra, Bangalore.

Designation: IT Application Support Coordinator

Exp: 1-5yrs

CTC up to 4lpa

Location: Bangalore

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for user account management for Enterprise applications like EQMS, EDMS, Adobe E-Sign, RFID

2. Participate in GMP validation activities; assist with creating test scripts as required. Perform system-level tests and execute any necessary supporting documentation.

3. Provide Level 1 IT technical support to users for Enterprise Applications.

4. Coordinate and communicate with software vendors to ensure the latest software and patches versions are compatible with Enterprise Application.

5. Collaborate with the IT teams to support hardware, software, and infrastructure needs for GxP systems.

6. Collaborate on IT projects that help brings in newer technologies or enhance existing systems.

7. Provide Support to IT Team while facing External and Internal audits on Enterprise application Queries.

8. Good communication skill is must.
