Roles and Responsibilities

• Generate new leads, registrations, nominations and achieve campaign goals by way of outbound telecalling.
• Achieve your daily outreach goals by way of outbound calls, whatsapp messaging and at times email campaigns.
• Identify new business prospects through research, outbound calls.
• Develop a deep understanding of the company's and campaign's products/services offerings to effectively communicate value proposition to customers.
• Meet daily/weekly targets set by management while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, CRM, data team, operations etc.) to drive campaign goals.
