Tele Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Promote company products and services, create new leads, and maintain existing customer relationships.
• generate sales leads through prospecting and referrals, follow up with new leads and prospects, and qualify them to determine their interest and needs.
• implement outbound calling campaigns & also responsible for generating new business and closing sales, Meet and exceed daily sales goals by cold.
• Work towards sales targets. Setting a sales target and developing a marketing strategy for the same.

Preferred candidate profile

• 3-5 years of experience in telesales, preferably in the IT industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of IT hardware sales, including servers, laptops, desktops, switches, etc.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and selling skills,Polite and friendly manner. Passionate about sales and customer service.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets through lead generation and territory management.
• Passion for sales and business development management.
• Skilled in CRM and lead generation platforms. Working knowledge of data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel.
• Lots of initiative, Positive attitude towards work.
• A degree in marketing, sales, communication, business management, or a similar field.
