Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Able to commission the BMS
2. Able to use the laptop, RS 485 converter, routers …ect for doing the commissioning
& 3rd party integrations.
3. Has to have the knowledge of AHUs, Chillers & their controlling instruments.
4. Understanding the cable routing, wiring for connecting the various panels in various
floors.
5. Understanding the various equipment, DDC, PLC panels, wiring & their working.
6. Connecting with field devices with the DDC panel with correct terminals & configure
the same in the software to make the system working.
7. Attending the fault in the various systems like BMS & solving the issues within the
TAT.
8. Doing the survey for the various system & sending the report with the client
requirement
9. Pre-planned maintenance activities in the service sites.
