Facility Management:

- Oversee the maintenance, safety, and cleanliness of office premises.

- Ensure optimal utilization of facilities and infrastructure.

Security Management:

- Develop and implement security protocols.

- Liaise with security teams and monitor compliance.

Vendor and Resource Management:

- Manage contracts and relationships with vendors and suppliers.

- Ensure timely procurement and availability of office supplies.

Team Leadership:

- Lead and manage the administration team effectively.

- Delegate responsibilities and ensure adherence to deadlines.

Policy Implementation:

- Formulate, implement, and monitor administrative policies and procedures.

- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and government regulations.

Event Coordination:

- Organize and manage corporate events, meetings, and other gatherings.

Crisis Management:

- Develop contingency plans for emergencies like fire, natural disasters, or security threats.

- Train staff in safety and evacuation procedures.

Transportation Management:

- Manage and oversee transportation logistics for staff and executive travel, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely service.

- Develop transportation policies, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with service providers to ensure smooth transportation operations.

- Monitor and ensure the proper maintenance of company vehicles and transportation-related equipment.
