Associate Internal Audit Head (banking)

Job Description:

- Reporting directly to head of internal audit / chief internal auditor.

- Lead a team of 6-10 internal auditors.

- Manage corporate, concurrent, branch and retail and business banking audits.

- Continuously implement IFC and data analytics.

- Proactively advises businesses on change initiatives in an audit capacity or as a participant on projects.

- Provides overall strategic direction and insight in the development of the Audit Plan.

- Thought leader in all aspects of auditing and risk assessment.

- Provides strategic direction in the establishment of risk-focused audits and reporting methodologies which are consistent and aligned with business objectives.

- Establish policies and procedures for the IAD.
