Project Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Project Manager with a strong execution and ownership mindset. The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end project delivery, manage client communications, and ensure adherence to project management best practices. You will play a critical role in building client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving operational efficiency.

Qualification Requirements:

• Bachelor's or higher degree in BCA / MCA / BBA / MBA-IT / MSc IT / BE / B.Tech.

Experience Required:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in project management or related roles.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Project Management: Lead overall project and delivery management.
2. Client Communication: Act as the face of the company for clients and manage client interactions effectively.
3. Scope & Deliverables: Maintain a complete understanding of project scope, timelines, and deliverables; manage out-of-scope work through Change Requests.
4. Documentation: Ensure accurate project documentation and adherence to Agile delivery SOPs. Maintain central repositories (e.g., SharePoint).
5. Revenue Management: Ensure no revenue leakages, accurate billing, and control of financial aspects.
6. Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for seamless execution of outsourced tasks.
7. Process Improvement: Monitor project execution processes and suggest improvements for optimization.
8. Client Relationship: Build strong operating-level relationships with clients while supporting strategic engagements.
9. Opportunity Identification: Identify and assist in exploring new business opportunities with clients.
10. Team Development: Optimize resource utilization, mentor team members, and foster a collaborative environment.
11. Knowledge Sharing: Document and implement learning processes for continuous improvement.
