Job description:

• Extensive Experience in Software Development: Expertise in multiple programming languages such as Android, C, C++, iOS, MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js), PHP, and Python. Familiarity with frameworks, libraries, and best practices in these environments.
• Experience in Code Reviews: Proven track record of managing or leading code review processes, both manual and automated, for high-performing development teams.
• Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to identify issues and inefficiencies in code and provide actionable feedback to improve code quality and team performance.
• Leadership & Mentorship Skills: Ability to lead and guide a development team, including mentoring junior developers and providing constructive feedback to improve their skills.
• Strong Collaboration Skills: Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and project managers, to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality software.
• Experience with Code Review Tools: Familiarity with automated code review tools (e.g., SonarQube, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD) and source code management systems like Git.
• Experience with Metrics and Reporting: Ability to track and report on key code review and development process metrics.
• Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and understanding of how code reviews integrate into Agile workflows.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools (e.g., Git, Bitbucket).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools to support a collaborative and automated development environment.
