• Finalization of NT items and Rate Analysis for required items.

• Preparation of Tenders Work Orders.

• Invitation of quotation, review and preparation of comparative statement.

• Preparation of Monthly Quarterly Cash flow statement.

• Tracking of cash flow statement and project schedule.

• Bills checking and processing for payments release.

• Reconciliation of materials.

• Co-ordination with Project Team, Purchase, Design Finance departments.

• Preparation of Monthly Progress reports.

• Preparation of quarterly RERA reports.

• Attending site meetings.

• Collection of Good for Construction and As Built Drawings.

• Collection of Stability and Soil Reports.

• Mentoring/guiding of junior team members.
