Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and technical constraints.
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise application features using technologies like C#, .NET Core, and React.
Participate in the complete software development lifecycle, including planning, coding, testing, deployment, and support.
Review code and architecture critically, both your own and your teammates .
Apply DevSecOps principles to enhance security and performance in product development.
Take ownership of product deliverables, ensuring quality, performance, and ongoing maintenance.
Continuously improve personal skills and contribute to team success.

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2 to 8 years of experience in full-stack development of enterprise software products.
Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core, and Azure DevOps.

To get experience in a growing industry

Dislikes

There are a multitude of cons to working at this company. Too much work pressure and authoritarian control. The organization is built on the management that micro- manages the product/tech organization. They do layoffs multiple times a year randomly with a lot of politics involved. I could continue but hopefully you will get the hint and avoid this place.
