Overview:
The Head of Solutioning will be responsible for overseeing and managing a cross-functional team comprising Solution Architects, Project Managers, and Data Analytics experts. This role is key to bridging the gap between pre-sales business insights and effective, scalable solutions that align with customer needs. The ideal candidate will lead the solution design process, ensuring technical feasibility, timeline adherence, and delivery of high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Leadership and Team Management:
oTeam Oversight: Manage and mentor Solution Architects, Project Managers, and the Data Analytics team, ensuring that all team members collaborate effectively to deliver high-quality solutions.
oCross-functional Collaboration: Serve as the key link between different teams, facilitating smooth communication and ensuring alignment across the entire solutioning process.
oSkill Development: Foster an environment of continuous learning, ensuring that team members stay updated on the latest tools, technologies, and industry trends.
2.Solution Design and Architecture:
oSolution Architects: Lead the architectural design process by working closely with the Solution Architects to ensure all solutions are technically sound, scalable, and aligned with customer requirements.
oTechnical Feasibility: Validate the technical feasibility of proposed solutions, ensuring alignment with the teams capabilities and available resources.
oRisk Management: Identify potential risks early in the design phase and work proactively to mitigate them.
3.Project Management:
oProject Managers: Oversee project planning, timeline creation, and resource allocation by working closely with Project Managers to ensure that all projects remain on track and within budget.
oMilestone Tracking: Ensure that project milestones and KPIs are clearly defined and met, coordinating with team members to address any challenges that may arise.
oStakeholder Communication: Act as a point of contact between pre-sales teams, customers, and project managers to ensure that expectations are managed and deliverables are clearly defined.
4.Data Analytics Integration:
oData Analytics Team: Guide the Data Analytics team in leveraging data-driven insights to enhance solution designs and optimize processes.
oStrategic Use of Data: Ensure that analytics are effectively integrated into the overall solution, providing actionable insights to drive better decision-making and improve customer outcomes.
oContinuous Improvement: Use data analytics to refine and optimize ongoing projects, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet evolving customer needs.
5.Development and Delivery:
oDevelopment Oversight: Collaborate with developers and architects to ensure that solutions are built according to the final design and adhere to best practices.
oQuality Control: Implement processes for iterative testing and validation throughout the development phase, ensuring that solutions meet the required standards before delivery.
oSolution Delivery: Ensure that the final product is delivered on time, meets customer expectations, and is fully supported by comprehensive technical documentation and training materials.
6.Handover and Post-Delivery Support:
oHandover Management: Lead the formal handover process of completed solutions to customers or internal operations teams, ensuring thorough documentation and training support.
oCustomer Satisfaction: Manage post-delivery customer feedback, making sure that final adjustments are made to optimize the solution and ensure high satisfaction levels.
oOngoing Support: Coordinate any additional post-delivery support needed by the customer, ensuring smooth transitions and operational success.
